Do you deliver everywhere?

JARMINE PARIS jewelry and accessories and the JEN HAAS cosmetic accessories box are delivered worldwide. Cosmetic products are available for delivery only within the European Union, in accordance with current regulations.

When will I receive my order?

We prepare and ship orders within 2 to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery times are then:

  • 3 to 7 business days in Europe

Where are your products manufactured?

We are proud to offer handcrafted creations made in Paris. Our jewelry and candles are designed and assembled in our workshop, in the heart of the capital. The origin of cosmetic products is specified on each product sheet.

Is glitter safe for skin?

Yes, our glitter is selected for safe use on the skin. Composed of 95% biodegradable materials, it combines sparkle and environmental friendliness.

Are the products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are designed to suit the widest range of people. If in doubt, we recommend testing on a small area.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water and chemicals to preserve their shine.

Are the jewels guaranteed?

Every piece of JARMINE PARIS jewelry and hair accessory is handmade in Paris with care and precision.

Because craftsmanship remains vibrant and unique, we offer a 3-month craftsmanship guarantee.

If a component were to detach despite all our precautions, we invite you to contact us so that we can work together to find a repair solution.

Showroom & Returns

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, you can order online and pick up your order at the store in the 8th arrondissement of Paris every Friday or by appointment.

Can I come and see the products in person?

Yes, you can come and discover and test the products directly at the showroom every Friday and by appointment.

Can I make a return?

Any opened cosmetic product cannot be returned. Unopened products or handmade creations in good condition may be returned within one month of purchase.
